Very challenging beer. DRY as Sarah dessert. Earthy, goaty and tannin from the sangiovese grapes. Almost a sour beer, with a funky taste. Stylewise, IGA, I'm sure it's fine, but not a style you see every day. Double yeasted, first trappist then wine yeast
