Minimal carbonation. But this is a stupidly old beer - from 2012. Surprisingly not a drain pour. Tastes ok, peppery saison, spices still there, but it’s too old. Thx Craig.

Orange peel, ginger, coriander, & other spices imbue a robust spice profile into an otherwise forgettable saison. Comes out the other side a wonderful winter/spring beer. Genuinely impressive, idk if I’ve had anything nearly as good from Ducato.
