Really interesting gose with samphire and mussels. Both come through a bit with a salty background, mainly the mussels really.

Gose with mussels and samphire. It's a great idea to provide the saltiness of gose with the local marine fauna and flora. But the result is not as expected: very drinkable also thanks for the coriander but the flavours of the sea don't come through.
