Color oro scarico. Schiuma leggera. Gasatura poco persistente. Al naso aromi fruttati di mela acidula accompagnati da note di confettura di pere e da una velatura mielata. Una leggera nota ossidata le dona un tono di fiori secchi accompagnato da profumi di frutta candita. In bocca evidente note fruttate e agrumate che ben accompagnano la componente acidula, per altro equilibrata in un finale leggermente amarognolo e fresco.

A pale gold colour. Light cream. Soflty carbonated. Fruity aromas of sour apple with pear jam and honey notes. A light oxide note gives a dry flowers and candied fruit scents. In mouth fruity and citrusy notes which go with the sour component, really good balanced with the final bitter and fresh. Show Less
