Named after the the sixth-largest of the Hawaiian Islands, Lanai is known as the “Pineapple Island” because of its past as an island-wide pineapple Plantation. With her spirit in mind... We started the first of our kettle sour series with a creamy base full of flaked oats, then allowed it to sour in our kettle until a bright, acidic and effervescent wort was formed! We then fermented and conditioned the beer on heaps of puréed pineapple and mango! This beer comes in at 4.5% ABV and will leave you wanting more! Show Less
