Never had a cellared one, and with the 2020 not that long ago, feels earthy in comparison. The alcohol heat is far less, and body feels smoother. Aging has added a more rustic touch as well, with bread, hay and spices.

Altanöl, bara det gör saken bättre. Men den var uppfriskande, lite tung på jästsmaken men det första jag tänkte vid doften var cider. Helt ok. Skulle viljat provat den färskare.
