Malty, caramel, sweet, and overall complex. Saison kind of style but more malt, and with a bit of alcohol warmth on the breath. Edit: as it gets warmer, more hoppiness comes out on the nose, and the taste is more complex - adding a farmhouse dankiness.

Have you seen this art? It’s perfect. The beer is also great. I love off color tho as a general rule. There’s a hint of something happening is an undertone but I can’t quite put my finger on it
