Very dark brown, nearly flat, edges of tan head. Smells sweet, raisins. Smooth, firm, slightly warming, little bit sticky. Taste has dates, raisins, some caramel. Only lightly smoke touched, toffee, little bit of wood. Aged very nicely, real tasty stuff.
