Glacier Days White IPA

ABOUT THE BEER:

Glacier Days White IPA is inspired by the magic of Glacier National Park! This super-smooth IPA was developed by our summer intern from the brewing science program at Flathead Valley Community College! She has been here with us for the entire life-cycle of this beer, from ordering special ingredients, milling the grain, brewing the beer, and later carbonating and preparing this beer to be served to our thirsty IPA fans. We are very lucky to have an institute like FVCC here in Kalispell that provides training to the local brewing industry and we are proud to have a student-made beer on tap! This delicious mellow IPA features a sweet, piney hop character. This beer is very true-to-style and presents a slight spicy yeasty character that one might associate with a Belgian wit.

ABOUT THE NAME:

Our brewing science summer intern chose the name for this IPA. We asked her if she’d like us to name the beer after her, or if she’d like to be featured when we debuted this beer, but she prefers to stay anonymous and not take the spotlight.
