I bet 99% of my beer nerd friends would say it’s lambic in a blind taste. Soft ”lambic”, like aged 3F geuze. Beautiful dry oaky character combined with pure salty geuze: barn, leather, grapes...and so well aged. This is super good! I wish I had more!
