Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien (2010)

Light funky nose. Definitely a couple years past prime. Mildly sour, with a hint of fruit. The finish has some funk.

Quite mild, compared to the 2020 version. The first in Eric's beer tasting today

From RB. Batch #3. #00276. HHOK XIII. Strange vinous aroma with fermented berries, mild mould and some Glühwein. There’s also some Glühwein in the flavor. Red berries, apples, sourness and malt. Strong malty body. Needs a little kick.

From RB. Batch #2. #00276. Strange vinous aroma with sourness and some sweetness. Flavor is at least as strange as aroma. Lambic like sourness, wine, berries and some tartness. Almost no carbonation.

I waited too long. No carbonation but the flavor is solid
