Focus (Czech Saaz & German Vienna)

Focus - The first of a new series that is brewed with only one malt and one hops to help discover the wonderful and unique flavours of each ingredients.

This iteration will be 5% ABV and is brewed with the German Vienna malt alongside a Czech Saaz hops. It was fermented at cold temp with the same yeast that we use for our Clean Cut. Then aged at 3 degrees Celsius for 3 weeks before finally being filtered to make the flavours more distinctive. Expect a clean beer, golden in colour with some nutty and honey flavours coming from the Vienna malt and a citrus/herbal bouquet delivered by the Noble Czech Saaz hops.
