Large format cellar bottle of the week. An IPA, but also a brett beer, so this was a roll of the dice. Sadly, it didn’t come up a winner. Great brett notes in there, but really rough oxidation… and it’s flat. Side note, love the art from this era.

Ho. Lee. Sh*t. I thought my previous score on this brew may have been a bit generous, but this bottle, having aged for a year or two, has proven otherwise. Possibly the funkiest beer I've had. Simply glorious.
