Oops... Not exactly sour, rather dry (caused by their general yeast I guess). I'd say Rye but the label says Wheat 😑. Kinda thicker/creamier than usual, plus maybe some yeasty fruit as well, resulting in an interesting musty taste. I like it, but a Sour?
