Just clocked this was a collab with Evil Twin and Trillium. Not that Bellwoods aren't individually superb but explains why this was quite so good. Huge mint chocolate which for me is a rarity in so called minty beers.

This one totally nails the expected flavor profile, starting off with an attractive mint nose, leading to a complex mouthfeel of mint, chocolate, coconut, cinnamon & vanilla. Smooth, but thin body. Rich & lingering finish with a slight alcoholic presence.

Smells like a Laura Secord mint chocolate bar. Super smooth. Chocolate, mint, coconut, coffee. Strong and sweet. Nice bitter finish.
