Very close to a plain barn owl. The spruce tips are very light and the alder is what I think is part of the bitter and dry finish. Worth a try but not a fav.

Good stuff - tart, funky, kinda herbal tasting with a little bit of bitterness, can pick up a bit of that foeder as well. Spruce tips give it an odd, piney aftertaste too! Fun to try, and a nice surprise for today’s Wooly advent calendar beer!
