Another of my cellar beers. Couldn’t believe this still had bitterness on the back end. The age on this didn’t really help or hurt the beer but it was fun to try something almost 10 years old

Thanks, Rick! BJCP proctor gift from ages ago…. Fantabulous! Sherry, dark fruits and still pronounced bitterness. Smells like an English barleywine but definitely not the diabetes body.
