Mildly carbonated, almost bottle brown in color. Hops still tasty, but obviously not as potent. Batch 10863, pkgd.12/30/11 Still beats many other beers, IMHO.

A full 10 years old! Need this one tonight...Definitely mellowed over the years, but that sweetness and grassy hop bite is still there. Not as bitter and astringent as fresh, but also missing a bit of what makes it special.
