From last night, clearing out old inventory. Obviously not fresh, so less hoppy than ideal, but still retained a good amount of floral hop flavors. Medium to full body, with a lot of floral sweetness from the honey. Moderately bitter due to its age.

Found buried in the back of my fridge. Obviously not as good as when it’s fresh, but held up really well. Given its age, the hop flavors are more muted, but the honey & malt flavors really shine through, and I actually really like it despite its age.
