This is an American adaptation of the India Pale Ale and is normally highly hopped with little malt profile. Our version of this modern classic has a small amount of European malts, to give just a little more malt profile, which we combine with classic New World hops and an American yeast to give a dry finish. It is incredibly refreshing yet with sufficient malt flavours to make the beer balanced and very drinkable. We decided to keep the alcohol level down at 4,5% so you do not have to have a bad conscience having a second, or maybe third, glass.

Grains: Maris Otter, Pilsner Malt
Hops: Cascade, Columbus, Tomahawk and Zeus
