Experimental Brew: Hazy Pale Ale

A 5,2% easy-drinking Hazy Pale Ale with Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Columbus hops. Overripe tropical fruits, candied peaches, pine and lemon flavours. Accentuated by a nice and dank bitterness to end with, for balance.


We always create the opportunity for our brewery interns to design and brew their own recipe, as part of their brewery education with us. Through our side project, which we call Beerbliotek Experimental Brews, they have the freedom to experiment, gain valuable experience, confidence and knowledge on how to work with beer, before they head out into the world.
