Raisin, prunes, plum and cherry, pinot noir grape skin on the nose, candy maillard rich, taste is rich caramel, dark brown sugar, winter spice,nutmeg, macadamia nut hints, pinot tannins and slight tang, nice and dry on the finish with vanillin present oak

Splendid, rum, chocolate and treacle toffee, 7 years old and holding up nicely

Aged 6 years, mellowed out but quite strong bodied

Big quad beer. Dried fruits, raisins. Super rich and full bodied. Long and complex aftertaste. Nice to drink once a year. Drank at office.
