X2 on the trott from this brewery, this one is superior to their 'Roll' crisper, maltier & more substantial despite being a touch weaker. I also didn't have to tip out the 'embryos'/ sinking floaters from the bottom of the can as I did with the Roll.

Clean and crisp with a lingering biscuity malt flavour. A nice exponent of a Kolsch with an almost sweet honey body, good level of carbonation and next to no bitterness. Definitely a warm summers day garden tipple.

Simple and clean. A crisp edge with hints of citrus, leaning towards lemon, with just a smidgen of biscuit in the base to give it a little bit of viscosity. The flavours eventually give way to that classic Kolsch feel, leaving a subtly spicy lager vibe.
