Cellared this beer for 5 years. It has changed since the last time we had it. The brett is a lot more pronounced and it’s much more sour. It still has a slightly bitter soapy after taste. Not bad but not as good as I was hoping.

Remarkably smooth drinking. The peppery spicy notes are there on flavour. Still extremely carbonated and poured well.
