Path of Total Destruction

Path of Total Destruction walks the razor’s edge between clarity and chaos, the place where West Coast bitterness wails and resinous light pierces the smoke. Brewed alongside our comrades at Burial Beer, this is an IPA conjured, not merely brewed.

Its foundation is a pale, spectral glow of pilsner malt, draped in a faint veil of wheat, soft enough to lure, sturdy enough to bear the coming ruin. Simcoe and Motueka fall through the boil like ember rain, streaks of pine, lime leaf, and crushed green stone marking the first tremors of what lies ahead.

The whirlpool deepens the omen: Simcoe, Idaho 7 Dynaboost, and Nelson Cryo spiral into a luminous vortex, a gathering of resin and orchard shadows. The forthcoming hot-dip of Citra Incognito is poured into the fermentor like molten light, igniting the aroma into something bright, searing, and blinding.

Then comes the reckoning: double dry-hopped with Citra, Chinook, Comet, Simcoe Cryo, and Simcoe Hyperboost. Cascading notes of pine sap, limequat, and pomelo zest, starfruit, and cosmic dust unfurl with the slow inevitability of a dark star collapsing.
