One cask rested 18 months before being fruited with fresh crushed hand picked blueberries from “Paula’s berry shack Estate”, then rested 6 more months. The second cask rested 6 months, fruited with 2nd use muscadine grapes hand picked from “Freeman Estate” in Anniston AL, rested another 12 months, fruited again with 2nd use muscadines from the next season, and rested another 6 months.
