This is our very first beer to be made entirely by ninjas. They were much easier to find than monks, which made us question their ninja skills, but their brewing skills are top notch. Our ninjas teamed up with local bee keeper Martha Van Inwegen of TheraBee to create something very unique, balanced and refreshing. Using Martha’s decadent orange blossom honey as well as fresh grated ginger and dried lemon peel, we brewed this delicious warm weather favorite just in time for summer. Yes, this beer was brewed entirely by ninjas, however, that’s not the only reason for its name. Ginger is actually the rhizome of the Zingiber plant. Zingiber + ninjas = Zinja Beer! Show Less
