I love that untapped suggest subtle as a characteristic for this beer. It's the last thing it is. However it has lemony acidity that smacka you right in the mouth, and soon after the oakey tannins kicks in. Needs to breath and get warm before it unfolds

It's a hint too sour, but so complex, lots of stone fruit, lot of oak. Both the sweet vanilla and the more nutty notes. And then some salty umami flavours
