Nutty, caramelly, oaky with hints of figs and bourbon (lovely flavour intensity as well). Medium body, soft carbonation, with a very well balanced bittersweet finish. ABV relatively well hidden, with just some tongue warmth. Outstanding

This is absolutely bang on. Amazing with raisins, prunes, dates, caramel, toffee, oak, wood and boozy. This is splendid.
