Nose of honey, bourbon. Thin yet smooth. It’s a wheat wine, not something I’ve had a lot of, but clearly resembles a barleywine. The 16.7% ABV provides so much depth and is well integrated. Barrel influence is magnificent too, bourbon saturates throughout
