BRONZE MEDAL WINNER - New York International Beer Competition - Katydid Kolsch, the beer that's perfect for those who want to drink something light and easy, without sacrificing flavor. It's like the German ale's cool cousin who's always down to party but still knows how to keep it classy.

This beer is brewed using Ale Yeast instead of Lager Yeast, which basically means it's the rebel of German beers. It's perfect for those who like to color outside the lines (or drink outside the stein).

Our Kolsch is specifically designed for those who are new to the craft beer scene or those who haven't quite shaken off their Bud Light addiction. We won't judge - we just want to introduce you to the wonderful world of real beer!

The grain bill is mostly Pilsen with a dash of Vienna and Wheat, because variety is the spice of life. The hops we used are Perle and Hallertauer, which sound like fancy names for two posh German dudes, but trust us, they give the beer that perfect balance of bitterness and aroma.

Last but not yeast, we use a traditional German Ale Yeast to give our Kolsch that unmistakable taste of Deutschland. So come on over and give our Kolsch a try. We promise it won't disappoint - unless you're a die-hard Bud Light fan, in which case, you might want to sit this one out. Show Less
