Fragrant Red Fruits & Toffee aroma. Lighter than expected mouthfeel. Fragrant, Floral Berries, Cherry & Raisin notes. The malt brings Toffee Apple & a touch of caramel. Finish has some Herbal (Eucalyptus) Pine. It doesn’t drop, stays light and fresh.

Nice to see a red DIPA Aromas: berries caramel malt - bold Pours dark amber small head, Mouthfeel smooth. Flavours: berries caramel toffee apples. Hints of citrus quickly smothered by berries and malt. Marmalade Long long finish with pine coming into play

Pours deep bronze. Good firm, smooth mouthfeel. Initial caramel/toffee aroma. Caramel flavours to start, raisins, berries, toffee apples, marmalade, herbal notes a little pine. Malty notes but not allowed to dominate. Long finish with pine to the fore.
