Lychees drizzled with lime juice & liberally sprinkled with chives upfront. A little pine resin & a touch of lime zest, with an earthy grapefruit edge later. Slightly eggy sulper tinges, with underripe mango and melon hints to a slightly floral finish.

It’s boozy but the overall flavours are well controlled. It’s still in this style, like Verdant, where I can appreciate what they’re doing with specific flavours from very specific brew method but ultimately don’t love the result. Prefer something rounder
