Booze makes itself known here, but…c’mon, it’s 10.5%. Galaxy makes its presence felt much more than Nelson, as smooth mango sweetness wins the day - only light white wine in the backdrop. Simcoe earthiness serves to balance. Heavy, but very enjoyable.
