Very tasty foeder sour. Smells like raspberry jam. Taste is like raspberry purée then fades into a smooth, sweet body with minimal funk and bitterness at the back, like a soft landing. Just the right amount of tartness. A bit too much raspberry but good!

3 years and change. Glad I put a couple aside. Candied stone fruit; layered within a funky brett bodice. Carb dissipates quickly; takes a lil with it sadly. Lovely little treasure none the less.
