the first barrel aged Bagoly. this is what our bird tastes like if we put it to rest for 300+ days in Gemenc Red Whiskey barrel. Gemenc Red Whiskey is special projekt of the Hungarian Gemenc Distillery, where a bourbon-like whiskey was aged in "szekszárdi kadarka" wine barrel.
