A pair of Idaho7 and Simcoe lupulin created a rich citrus-tropic flavor and aroma, and a yeast blend from Vermont further revealed and enhanced the aromatic features of the hops on the new side. The flavor is juicy and resinous, with less herbaceous hues and fine dryness in the aftertaste.
