We joined up with Kees Bubberman, the main Dutch beer impressionist of our time, to dream up something both ephemeral and memorable. That’s how we ended up brewing our new imperial stout, Asperatus, along with the good folks over at Brouwerij Kees.
Burnt and caramel malts came together into a unique chocolate flavour, and we threw in both raspberry puree and lactose while aging for noticeable sweet-berry notes.
The result: a harmonious balance of raspberry layered through with chocolate. A bold protest against the classic masters! Show Less
