A beer brewed with our friends from Barncat Artisan Ales for our sixth anniversary.

Every year since we opened, we have made beer with our good friends at Barncat Artisan Ales for our anniversary party. This will sadly be the sixth and final time we can do this, as they will be closing up shop later this month.

Barncat is one of our oldest friends in the industry and their closing will not only leave a gaping hole in our hearts, but the craft beer scene in Ontario in general. We’re going to miss drinking their beer dearly, but just as importantly, the inspiration they provided to Ontario beer.

We’re both excited and honored to be able to collaborate on one final recipe they had wanted to execute on at their own brewery, but didn’t have the time before wrapping up operations. It is a TIPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Riwaka, Nelson and Galaxy. Are those all the best, most intense IPA hops? Yes. Buckle up your butts, this baby slaps!
