Batch 5

The fifth batch on our new system. No one ever says the fifth times the charm, but that's what we're saying here! Batch 5 is the first brew on the new system where we hit all the metrics we find important in the brewing process.

We're pretty stoked to have hit this point. From here we will of course continue to tweak and refine endlessly in pursuit of the best hoppy beer we can make, but for today, just today, we're going to sit back, enjoy, and be content with this fruit monster as our new standard.

Dry hopped with Citra, Strata and Simcoe, we taste notes of candied citrus, orange flesh, mango and peach jolly ranchers (no joke). Show Less
