I thought I should re-rate this, actually it’s not bad as you have a bit more of it, the initial bitterness fades and it’s actually quite a nice florally pint id have again, almost like a South Island pale. Better than ok

Hoppy is right. A bit bitter for me, however quite refreshing and has some floral notes, not a huge fan of Amarillo hops and sadly they overpower the cascade and everything else ok
