Nose of smoked bacon dripping in maple syrup. Pallet of bacon, lashings of maple and charred wood. Smokey aftertaste, sadly missing pancakes. Thin on the pallet, but this is much better than the last bacon beer I had.

Smelled immediately of maple syrup and smoked smallgoods. A fine amber ale is the foundation underneath a sweet and smoky layer. An interesting combination. This is Graceland: go for the experience and to say you’ve visited, but no reason to head back.
