Queen of the (Peach) Stone Age

This tart, oaky delight pours a dark amber, with a light brown head. A nose of alcohol - from the Rye whiskey barrels a portion of this blend aged in - permeates the glass. The body is complex, as thick Belgian flavors meld with sour brown ale that was refermented on Romney peaches. There is also sour power from our wine barrels, and the oaky vanilla from both sets of barrels compliments the peaches’ lingering notes. The tartness and the buttery, vanilla notes of the oak marry with the robust complexity of the rye whisky, making for a smooth mellow finish. It won’t kick you in the face. Not deliberately, anyway.
