Holy hell, that’s a big beer. Barrel aging is up front with balanced chocolate, vanilla and coconut with a little kick of cinnamon and cayenne heat in the finish.

Not quite as profound as the 2 Year Char from last night, but Backcountry still brings a rich, thick, and lovely impy stout here. Spices are present, but fairly gentle - the choco avalanche still dominates. Fantastic mouthfeel.
