What a great drop. The hops shine through, subtle chocolate and almost tobacco flavour towards the end combined with oaky bourbon. So well made.

This brew displays medium viscosity with well balanced layers of dark roasted malts that remind of Ugandan pour-over, chargrilled corn bread, toasted hop tea & waterlogged tobacco. The Bourbon barreling has added vinous oak that somewhat lacks in clarity.
