BlackMamba is a full bodied oatmeal stout that has tastes of toffee, chocolate, coffee, and smoothness from the addition of flaked oatmeal. We use generous amounts of crystal, black patent, roasted barley and chocolate malt which gives the stout a dark color and a complex taste profile. This oatmeal stout has an explosion of flavor created by the dark roasted grains, pale ale 2-row barley, Fuggle, Cascade and Columbus hops. The final step for BlackMamba is aging in the finest American bourbon barrels for several weeks.
