Vintage bottle from 2013. It's not my favorite of the bunch. It's definitely got the must to it. Not at tart as some of the others. It's bubbly. Not too much going on in the flavor profile, IMO

This little fella was bottled > 10 years ago. Chardonnay grape must adjunct and aged in Chardonnay barrels. And wouldn’t you know it? It’s pretty much just that, but so much more flavorful. The nose is phenomenal. Aged well! Advent #24 for me. The eve!

Aged 10 years. Not diminished at all. I think it's even better now. Incredibly smooth. Fairly light despite the very high ABV. Dry but a little fruity. Slightly funky but not a lot.
