Enjoyed at the ISKTR 2014. The aroma is vinous with roasted malt, mild vinegar and ashy dryness. The flavor is roasted malt, sweetness, ashy notes and dryness. Very strong.

Wing Night alley share. This had a decent amount of cocoa but it’s definitely dried out, the barrel is dusty and oxidation is creeping (though not as bad as you might expect for a ten year old beer). Hints of soy sauce. Not miserably bad, but not great.

Guy Jukes: Enjoyed it, a little sediment, still tasty.
Almost 11 years old and nothing is lost. Boozy but surprisingly smooth for what it is. Some licorice flavors and some bourbon. A little chocolate too.
