Peanut Stout? I’m not usually a fan of peanut flavored beer (even though beer & peanuts are a good combo) but this one really works! Rich nutty flavor and a warming 15.2% ABV without tasting too boozy.

Bought at unknown location in 2020, stored on side in wine cellar, opened in 2023. Upon opening, was greeted with a strong pleasant chocolatey odor. Pouring it was like an aged brandy, dark and syrupy. Has a great head with perfect foam. TasteseffingWOW!

Bottle is from 2017, so it's mellow and smooth despite the 15.2% abv. Great beer for an autumn movie night. Chocolate and cream flavors are strong. Peanut butter is there, but not as strong as I was expecting.
