Autumn Dreamin’

this beer begins with a backbone of forward thinking, super-high-end malt. Fully dry farmed, salmon safe certified, local Walla Walla, WA grown Genie barley and Hard Red wheat were malted respectively to Pale and Light Munich specifications for this one of a kind hazy. In addition to it’s obvious environmental benefits, dry farming of grains -much like in viticulture- produces a much more character filled and flavorful product. From this base we heaped piles and piles of hops from both near and far- A unique Walla Walla grown variatal, German grown Mandarina Bavaria, and Yakima valley grown Simcoe, Centennial, and Mosaic. The resulting hop character is dripping in notes of bright citrus, guava, and apricot and strawberry. Show Less
